James Whale

Not a presenter who's going to hold your attention for long, James Whale is more mock-jock than shock-jock, and a lot of the entertainment is provided by his able side-kicks, Ash and Humphrey. The show is okay for dipping in and out of, and it keeps me moderately entertained between cab fares.

Where James excels is in the interview situation. UFOlogists, conspiracy theorists, religious fanatics, the sort of people who might find it hard to get media access, are quizzed by James in semi-serious tone. It can make fascinating radio.
